I had pipes break and Austin called me back in a timely response. This was on a Sunday evening . Which is hard to get someone out. Austin evaluation of the problem and gave me options. He fixed the problem in no time and hauled away all the old c cvc pipe. It had become brittle and broke real easy.
Boston Williams, the Plumbing Technician, had to redesign the plumbing for our kitchen and even after running into unexpected problems with the pipes in the wall, he did an excellent job. He made the pipes more efficient, saved space under the sink and was a very pleasant person to work with. Excellent job.
Had such a great experience getting our air ducts cleaned before winter! We moved into our home over the summer after the same residents had lived in it for 50+ years and it was built in 1902. So we’re going through all our firsts. The gentleman who came was super helpful explaining everything and told us it probably hadn’t been done in 60+ years. Will be returning to Lanz next time we need this work done!!

I think LANZ does a good job with plumbing, and I know inflation is terrible, but I was charged $452 for 20 minutes of work on my kitchen leaking pipes (vent repair). That seems way over priced!
We got a mini split heating and air conditioning unit from Lanz inc. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and kept me well informed every step of the way. It was a great experience and I will gladly recommend them. Above and beyond expectations.

I called them with an emergency plumbing problem at noon on Saturday. Dirty water was backing up into our basement toilet and shower. I knew that meant the sewer line out to the city sewer was clogged. He came to the house within an hour. The plumber rodded out the line and fixed our problem. He saved us from a plumbing nightmare! Then on Monday a senior plumber went back to the house to double check the sewer line. Excellent service!
Lanz came out for a second opinion that I desperately needed. The sewer drain cleaning went fine and was done right away. Very happy with that part of my work that needs to be done.
Butch came earlier than scheduled (yay!) and completed the installation of two mew faucets to feed water to the new washing machine. He did a great, professional job.

Friday morning we woke up to no hot water. The water heater was not working. It's electric and it had power to it so I knew it was the heating element or the thermostat. I called land and they had a technician out at 4 that afternoon to diagnos the problem. The water heater needed to be drained and that takes time so the technician left to get the parts it needed and came back on Saturday to fix the problem. Shannon Valentine did a great job finding the root cause of our plumbing issue. He explained it thoroughly and fixed what was needed to get our tub and toilet running again. Boston was so professional and polite. He explained everything he did and showed before and after pictures. He was actually early (Boston called first to verify it would be okay with us) Their prices are very fair and they are timely in coming out. Additionally, he had necessary parts on the truck so he could do repairs on the spot. I Love this company!
Shannon arrived on time. He was very professional and informed us right away what the cost would be, before he started to work. He worked very hard to locate the laterals and the second hatch off the septic tank. He had to dig through rock and did not complain at all. When he found a problem he kept us informed at all times and answered all questions. He tried another cutting rooter when the first wouldn’t go through to at least give us a way to temporarily fix the problem. I did not feel as if he was trying to trick us or add costly repairs that we didn’t need. I would highly recommend Lanz and their tech Shannon. Thank you!
We got our ducts cleaned out on Monday and then our air was not working correctly after. I called Lanz Tuesday morning and Chase came out Tuesday evening. He communicated great and was able to fix the problem! Thank you Lanz and team for the great and helpful experience!
My daughter already uses Lanz and recommended them to my son when he moved to the area. He was busy so I scheduled the appointment and was present during the service call. Not only did they come for service the same morning I called but Matthew and the tech in training who accompanied him were perfect. They covered their shoes before coming in, they got to work quickly and solved the problem even quicker. They were respectful, efficient, and didn’t try to sell a new unit but replaced the needed components for a very reasonable price. Matthew explained everything in detail and made sure I understood the problem and the solution. Perfect is the best way I can explain this experience.

I can’t express enough what a great and comprehensive job Michael Savage and his team at Lanz did for us when our AC went out over the weekend. Michael knew a heatwave was coming and came out on a Sunday evening to assess the situation and give us some options to review. While this wasn’t a planned expense for us, he made it easy to understand the options and gave us some flexible choices to make. On top of it all, Michael was able to find a way to get us an appointment later that same week for the installation to get completed before the big heatwave struck! We couldn’t be happier with the great customer service and professional work that Lanz did - we highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!
They just want to persuade you to get all new unit put in without fixing the problem and not 100% sure but I think he was draining my refrigerant as he was supposed to be checking the level to make it look like I had other issues with the unit
The technician was very nice and sympathetic to my situation where I only needed batteries replaced. We had a good conversation after an easy fix. My dog also got a long with him very well. Price was steep, however I know that the call was after hours.

We called around 7pm for a leaky toilet, Lanz had someone get in touch quickly and he was there by 9pm (finishing with a previous customer). Phillip was very kind and communicated everything along the way. He was conscious of his noise level since it was later in the evening & fixed everything by 10pm. I would use Lanz again, they saved us from a flooding bathroom!
I was impressed by the communication before the work began. Although the news wasn't the best, the detailed written and verbal explanation was depressing but appreciated. I would like to thank Nick, the technician from Lanz, and my therapist for getting me through this.
