Boston was so professional and polite. He explained everything he did and showed before and after pictures. He was actually early (Boston called first to verify it would be okay with us) Their prices are very fair and they are timely in coming out. Additionally, he had necessary parts on the truck so he could do repairs on the spot. I Love this company!
Shannon arrived on time. He was very professional and informed us right away what the cost would be, before he started to work. He worked very hard to locate the laterals and the second hatch off the septic tank. He had to dig through rock and did not complain at all. When he found a problem he kept us informed at all times and answered all questions. He tried another cutting rooter when the first wouldn’t go through to at least give us a way to temporarily fix the problem. I did not feel as if he was trying to trick us or add costly repairs that we didn’t need. I would highly recommend Lanz and their tech Shannon. Thank you!
We got our ducts cleaned out on Monday and then our air was not working correctly after. I called Lanz Tuesday morning and Chase came out Tuesday evening. He communicated great and was able to fix the problem! Thank you Lanz and team for the great and helpful experience!
My daughter already uses Lanz and recommended them to my son when he moved to the area. He was busy so I scheduled the appointment and was present during the service call. Not only did they come for service the same morning I called but Matthew and the tech in training who accompanied him were perfect. They covered their shoes before coming in, they got to work quickly and solved the problem even quicker. They were respectful, efficient, and didn’t try to sell a new unit but replaced the needed components for a very reasonable price. Matthew explained everything in detail and made sure I understood the problem and the solution. Perfect is the best way I can explain this experience.

I can’t express enough what a great and comprehensive job Michael Savage and his team at Lanz did for us when our AC went out over the weekend. Michael knew a heatwave was coming and came out on a Sunday evening to assess the situation and give us some options to review. While this wasn’t a planned expense for us, he made it easy to understand the options and gave us some flexible choices to make. On top of it all, Michael was able to find a way to get us an appointment later that same week for the installation to get completed before the big heatwave struck! We couldn’t be happier with the great customer service and professional work that Lanz did - we highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!
They just want to persuade you to get all new unit put in without fixing the problem and not 100% sure but I think he was draining my refrigerant as he was supposed to be checking the level to make it look like I had other issues with the unit
The technician was very nice and sympathetic to my situation where I only needed batteries replaced. We had a good conversation after an easy fix. My dog also got a long with him very well. Price was steep, however I know that the call was after hours.

We called around 7pm for a leaky toilet, Lanz had someone get in touch quickly and he was there by 9pm (finishing with a previous customer). Phillip was very kind and communicated everything along the way. He was conscious of his noise level since it was later in the evening & fixed everything by 10pm. I would use Lanz again, they saved us from a flooding bathroom!

The plumber (Jesse)who came to my home was knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced. He quickly identified the problem and provided a clear explanation of the issue and the necessary repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the plumber took great care to ensure everything was done correctly.
What a lucky date for me! Not one but two HVAC technicians from Lanz stopped by to complete the job. They went into the dark crawl space to fix the vent and ducks and explained everything in terms I could understand. They did a fantastic job, working extended hours to ensure everything worked perfectly. I couldn't resist photographing them in front of their twin vans. Lanz is definitely the way to go if you are in the CU area and need HVAC help.
We called around 8:00 am with a clogged kitchen drain. The guys called and arrived about 10:30 am, unclogged the drain, checked it twice to make sure water was flowing nicely, cleaned up after themselves and we done before noon. Took time to answer our questions and was very efficient. Thank you!!
UPDATE: We've continued to call Lanz for almost every plumbing issue we've had since that original HVAC crisis years ago, and they have always provided outstanding service. Routine AC maintenance, some minor kitchen sink water line repairs... just about a week ago they installed a new water heater (that we had purchased ourselves), and everything went as smoothly as could be. Then a few days later — totally unrelated to the heater change — we had a bathroom leak that required emergency service on a Sunday. Unlike most other places in town, I got through to a human on the phone right away and had a callback from the on-call plumber (Boston) within minutes. He gave good advice about shutting off the water main, asked a lot of questions, and gave a reasonable ETA for getting to us. He showed up a few hours later, and clearly and patiently walked us through every step of the process he went through to try to locate and fix the underlying problem — which turned out to be surprisingly tricky, given that the most visible downstairs damage wasn't directly under where the leak turned out to be. Boston was happy to answer all of our questions and show us everything he was doing, and as always with Lanz, was super careful with tools, materials, and cleanup when the job was done, as well as giving advice on next steps for demolition and repair of affected areas. Absolutely outstanding, professional work from Boston from start to finish. We just can't recommend Lanz highly enough.PREVIOUSLY:Our blower motor conked out late one evening, killing our AC in the middle of a heat wave. Lanz was the first local HVAC company where an actual human answered the phone; she had a technician call me back within minutes, and he was at our house within an hour. He couldn't resuscitate our ancient equipment, but he did his best, talking me through everything he tried and what our options were for repair, if we wanted to go that route. There didn't seem to be much point in trying to patch up a nearly 25-year-old system, so we opted to get estimates on new systems from several different companies. Once again, Lanz was far and away the best — Jake, our sales consultant, was prompt and professional, offered us fair and competitive prices without any car-salesman-esque "let me make you a deal" schtick, and responded quickly to all my e-mailed followup questions well into the night, knowing that we wanted to make a quick decision. We chose a new system first thing on a Friday morning (just a couple of days after the old one died), and Lanz had a temporary blower motor installed on the old furnace by 2PM that day (for free!) so we wouldn't be without AC while we waited for installation. The actual installation went off without a hitch a week or so later; those guys were super-friendly, did immaculate work, and were as professional and polite as everyone else I dealt with at Lanz. I can't think of any way this experience could have been better.Update, a couple months later: OK, as it turns out, it could get better. A few weeks after installation, we noticed that our outside outlets weren't working anymore. Looking back, we figured out that the last time we knew they worked was just before our AC installation, so we thought something might have been accidentally disconnected in the process. Lanz came out within a few days of my call and took the time to re-check all the wiring and outlets until they found the problem. I don't think it's obvious that it was directly caused during installation, but they fixed the minor issue anyway for no charge. Same fantastic, friendly service I had experienced previously (and the new system has been running like a dream).

It was a pleasure working with Boston today! He was very personable and communicated with us on the work he would do. At the end of the job, he explained what he did and our benefits and improvements…like the faucet was now protected from freezing up in the winter. He told us the other services Lanz provides, and they are available 24 hrs. We are appreciative of Lanz’s customer service and quick reply to our needs! Where do I start......Doing some searching about HVAC prices potentially going up 30% at the beginning of 2025 my wife and I decided to get some quotes for a new system. Our house is 21 years old now and our current system was in very good shape, however we thought it was time to replace it to potentially save the added cost if we waited to do it next year as previously planned. We called three places that are Trane "dealers". After calling Lanz Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, Michael Savage arrived on time to check out our needs and provided a quote. He is a very competent guy. Professional and listens to your needs and he answered all of my questions. Every one of my encounters with Michael was nothing short of perfect. We decided to go with Lanz after a few adjustments to the quote. The installation date was set. The installation crew was spectacular. Very professional, showed up on time and didn't seem to mind me nosing around trying to get educated. LOL. I am 100% satisfied with Lanz. Out of all my dealings with contractors they are tops in my opinion. Every facet of this job was completed to my liking. If you are considering a new HVAC system this company needs to be on your "call" list. Thank you Lanz - my wife and I are very happy with the services you provided us.

Main line water leak in my crawl space. Lanz came quickly by mid morning. They were able to repair the leak and remove the old meter that was no longer used when new meters were installed by the street. Everything was back up and working within the hour.
Had another company send their salesman with the technician to tell me our 11 year old AC needed replaced. So I called Lanz. I always hear great things of them and have wanted to give them my business for years and this opportunity opened. They do it ALL! Boilers, water heaters, furnaces, AC units, it’s like I found the one stop mom and pop shop! Their tech, Victor, could not have been nicer or more professional. Was in my attic for a couple hours in blazing heat! Offered him lemonade and he really needed it!My next step is yo sign up with their biannual service membership and purchase our new Air Conditioner. All of the folks at Lanz have been kind, courteous, extremely helpful and flexible. What a great team and the departments work so well together. Somehow they made a frustrating process bearable by answering my myriad questions without all the “used car salesman” filler. And I appreciate that! Phillip was wonderful to work with. My basement flooded late at night and he arrived about 2:30 am and installed a new sump pump. He also came back the next day to readjust when the alarm kept going off. Would highly recommend Lanz as they provide 24/7 service. In addition they also kept in touch about someone getting there as soon as possible unlike the other companies I contacted and didn’t hear back from them the following morning.

My air conditioner stopped working and Lanz quickly sent Mathew out to check on it. He called to say he was on his way and was about 20 min out. I was at work when he finished so he called back with details about what is wrong with the air conditioner. The whole experience with Lanz and Mathew was very professional and quick. Came out to fix a water heater issue, and then cleaned the mechanisms. Service guy came out earlier than they had projected, which was awesome, he was very polite and efficient. Charges to do work a bit on the pricey side tho
I did an online service request due to our ac not always blowing cold air. We got a call back and an appointment set up. Chase came out at the time that was stated and determined our unit was low on freon. Promptly filled it back up and tested the system. Cold air was blowing out like it should. He was very professional, neat and left everything clean before he left. He also explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. Very happy with the service from both Lanz and Chase.
