I was very pleased with Lance plumbing today on the ground crew. They came in and had a sewer back up. They came in and auger me out camera it. Marked marked it for me and showed me exactly what they was doing and I was very pleased with him at this point I recommend Austin to anybody great kid. He explained everything what he was doing, and he videoed everything and checked everything. I was very, very, very impressed with him and he knew exactly what he was doing and every move that he made Was right on right on the Dot man
Just had Aiden, Caleb, and Tony over to service our heating, cooling, and water system for the first time. As a first time home owner, I really appreciated how patient they all were and how knowledgeable they were about everything! They did a great job to make sure I knew what was going on and why they did what they did in the service, and they made sure I understood why they made any recommendations they had! I plan to ask for them again when its time for the next maintenance need!
I needed a mini split unit worked. The tech arrived on time and was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable on my unit and what needed to be done. The tech also made a few suggestions which would increase the efficiency of the air flow in the residence. The professionalism displayed by the tech was amazing. I will not use any other company for my heating and air conditioning needs.

I had a water leak under my home-on a slab. I had called a company I had been a customer for years and they would have been able to do it as planned. Unfortunately the way things went it was one obstacle after another and was going to be a huge mess.Not the fault of the first company, just one thing after another unexpected thing making a relatively simple job a real headache.I called Lanz and they eased my mind considerably just telling me what they could do. They had the needed equipment to bore under the foundation and run a new water line without tearing up far more of my yard. They did a great job, cleaned up better than expected and at a reasonable cost.I am quiet pleased with their work and do recommend them.
2 other companies wanted me to spend thousands for an outside cleanout for my mainline. They said without it they couldn't remove the tree roots. The men from Lanz were very professional and cleaned the entire line easily. You get what you pay for.

We recently hired LANZ to replace our aged HV/AC system, Water heater and would recommend this company to anyone looking for work on, or replacement of they're homes system. The sales man, Kurt, he really helped us out, was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough in his presentation. A good guy, as were the Crew that came in 7am, as they said, and got busy straight away! The crew of Cody, Kevin and Ethan,Thomas, I know I'm missing a couple of name's there, all had tasks that they started on and it was a bevy of activity in our basement. They replaced furnace, condenser , water heater and, some duct work that I didn't know was being changed, by 2:30. Whole system looks Great guys!! "Excellent Service" doesn't do them justice.We had the coldest days of the year this year (January of 2025) with expectations of sub zero temperatures. Our home had the original -- tired -- HVAC system that came with the house and it decided to go out -- as it does -- at the worst possible time. It was discovered that we had multiple gas leaks, a broken heat exchange and a bad regulator. We were encouraged to buy a new system.It was a bit of a crisis. We have an 8 month old and have had some financial setbacks. The day before severe weather I called Lanz and was told by dispatch that someone might not be able to reach us until the next day. Luckily a technician came by after regular hours to take a look at our furnace and discoved the problems I mentioned. Our sales rep also came by that same day so we could get things moving as soon as possible. He was able to schedule installation within the same week with a reasonable payment plan. Foretunately we only had to use space heaters for a few days.Installation was fantastic, they went above and beyond to take care of our install. They even had plumbers on hand to take care of our gas leaks the same day.Everyone involved was compassionate, knowledgeableand timely. I highly recommend Lanz.
Our furnace quit kicking on and Lanz was very fast in getting someone out to fix it. Good customer service, and fixed it quickly as well. I definitely don't want to have to call them, but in the event the furnace quits on us again, I'd choose them again.
Our technician arrived when we were told to expect him and I appreciate that he called a few minutes before he would actually got here. He was friendly and courteous.We had him inspect our HVAC system since it is 8 years old and we wanted to be sure everything checked out for these cold days we’ve been having. We were very happy with his work and he was efficient.
Josh helped me set up an awesome custom duct for ventilating my 3d printing space in the basement. I'm also looking forward to the full duct cleaning next week. Their prices are very reasonable and their service and quality are excellent. Would highly recommend.
The people at Lanz had previously been very helpful and competent. However, we have a leak in a pipe with hot water, and we are without water and heat for the past four days, and they have promised and promised without delivering. We wait and wait for the promised service and they never respond. The temperature in the house is in the low 50s and we are miserable.

I called Lanz at the suggestion of a friend, Sue Gass, who recommended them. The gentleman who came to deal with my issue (leaky toilet, identifying whole house water shut off) was named Boston Williams. What a great guy! He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He gave us multiple opportunities to ask queations and gave us great information. I try to support local since I live in Coles County, but my recent service from locals was less than satisfactory. I am so relieved to know that Lanz will be my go-to for all my plumbing, heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend Lanz!
We hired Lanz to replace our Water Heaters and HVAC units. They did a professional job at a reasonable price (competitive, not the cheapest). They kept open communications throughout the process. Excellent team and work!Update: They have a terrific maintenance service that preemptively takes care of HVAC, plumbing of homes before problems arise. They are a very reliable company.
The Lanz guys came out on a Saturday and were very quick and efficient in clearing the roots out of our pipes causing our sewage lines to not drain. They will be our go to for all of our plumbing needs from now on!

Lanz technicians came to my house for a frozen pipe that burst. They came after hours, when they were short staffed, and still went above and beyond to fix my leaking pipe. They were fast, understanding, cordial, and provided outstanding reliable service. Highly recommend.
