November 2025 updste: Lanz was just here to check out our plumbing and furnace, everything was great. I had let them know a few days before that we had a small leak in our 25 year old water heater. The hole was on the bottom, our water heater is worn out. They gave us our options, no pressure whatsoever on ordering something fancy, and we were able to make a family decision on what to do next. I already knew we needed a new one, we got it all figured out while they were here, our new water heater will be installed in a few days. It was a great experience, though spending that kind of money is never fun. Also while here for furnace, I mentioned one of the dampers didn't seem to close or open right. Wil went right to work, and found that the damper had these extra wings on the end because of the bend in the duct to help it operate more efficiently. What i thought was an issue was part of the design. I was so glad to have that settled. Lanz continues to do right by me and my family.June 2025 Update: been 3 years since got new air conditioner and furnace. Couldnt be happier. Lanz was here today for semi-annual inspection. Everything is working great, pointed out 25+ year old water heater. Gave us a quote, along with the message that it could continue to serve us well for a number of years, but to be aware that it could also fail. Gave us a few pointers to look out for, like not enough hot water, but today still working well. Very professional, supportive, and answered all the questions i had. Glad they are our HVAC provider.Our Lanz service includes a plumbing inspection. They didn't try to oversell us, but did point out the problems with our bathroom shutoff that I knew were stuck and not functional, but hadn't taken care of. They gave me a very reasonable quote for getting those replaced, and I am grateful They reminded me. I would not have remembered until one of them failed completely and we would have had water damage. We've been on a plan with Lanz for 9 years now and it truly has been great.Older-Our compressor went out on our 22 year old system, and we have had small issues with our furnace the last two years, so we decided to upgrade our entire system, furnace and air conditioner. Lanz was great, gave us options, explained the differences, and helped us understand the benefits of the system we decided to go with. Kurt was helpful, available, and knowledgeable, great experience.They have earned my trust and I will always be a Lanz customer.Older - Lanz has been great, and today we had our air conditioning system maintenanced. Victor was courteous, knowledgeable, and very informative as he explained the work he was doing. He answered all of my questions, and it was a great experience. I would be glad to have him be our Lanz rep for any future needs.

I had a water leak under my home-on a slab. I had called a company I had been a customer for years and they would have been able to do it as planned. Unfortunately the way things went it was one obstacle after another and was going to be a huge mess.Not the fault of the first company, just one thing after another unexpected thing making a relatively simple job a real headache.I called Lanz and they eased my mind considerably just telling me what they could do. They had the needed equipment to bore under the foundation and run a new water line without tearing up far more of my yard. They did a great job, cleaned up better than expected and at a reasonable cost.I am quiet pleased with their work and do recommend them.
I believe the tech's name was Vince....explained everything that was wrong with the system. Took pictures and showed me what he found. Very happy with his work, now we'll have Curt out tomorrow to look into a new furnace.
Team came to examine drain system following finding a leak and break in the sewer line in the basement. They then cleaned out the drain and scanned the entire run for blockage.
The Lanz service team was here for routine fall furnace check. Today is our first use of the plumbing service. A routine service call took place and all is well. Thank you so much!

Quick, friendly service on the phone to schedule. Ours was not an emergency, but they were able to send a technician within 4 hours. A competitor was going to take six days. Tech did a great job in explaining the problem and solution, as well as the cost. He finished within 15 minutes, cleaned up his stuff and did a great job! Would use again if we need the service.
The technicians for fall HVAC and plumbing maintenance showed up on time and were respectful of our home. They answered all questions. We appreciated the knowledge and professionalism of the team. We continue to be impressed with the service from Lanz.
I had Lanz complete an annual maintenance on plumbing and HVAC system. The two gentlemen who came for the service were very nice, respectful and efficient. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and to take care of what I needed. They recommended other services but were not pushy like most salesmen are. I would definitely recommend Lanz
Fixed small leak in bathroom sink. The technician was professional, pleasant and on-time. Noticed my toilet running and repaired that as well. I will call for future needs.
The maintenence program is wonder. They check everything!! They provide all filters and send them ahead so they are ready. I pay a monthly fee and it is so worth it.

Three young men From Lanz Came today too check my furnace and also plumbing for fall. Their names were Gerald, Tony, and one other nice young man that was in training for plumbing. Sorry, I can’t remember his name for some reason. They were efficient, pleasant, and professional. I was very pleased and would recommend them highly.

Lanz is generally trustworthy and efficient. They have been servicing our plumbing and heating for more than twenty years. One main reason I like Lanz, especially in recent years, is because of Boston, their plumber. He is professional, knowledgeable, and unfailingly polite and thoughtful. He is always efficient and careful in his repair work. And in one instance he tried to repair our leaking toilet three times, and free for two times. Only when it still didn’t work, without pushing us, he recommended replacing it.
Lanz have been taking care of our plumbing, heating and air conditioning maintenance for 8 years now and we are very happy with the outstanding service they always provide. It is great to know that we can rely on them for any of our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Very happy with this company. I called on a Saturday morning due to the ac not working. They were here in less than an hour. Inspected furnance and ac unit. Within an hour he had things cleaned and working. He was polite, friendly, and very professional. Will definitely use them again.

Was told putting a shark it’s fitting with stop was going to cost me over $200.00 which is ridiculous for a 10 minute maximum install. If it had been $50.00-$75.00 I would have given the ok, but I refused to pay over $200.00 ( and that was with my supposed 25% discount). When they left I fixed it myself in ten minutes with a part I bought at Ace for $14.99!! I appreciate your services but you shouldn’t charge that much for replacing a simple stop. Last spring you installed my own sump pump and I don’t think I paid over $125.00 for that job which entailed a whole lot more labor.
Outstanding HVAC and plumbing! We recently switched from another provider and couldn’t be happier with Lanz-joined their year-round program, which is a great deal. The HVAC specialist David who came out today was skilled and personable and spent time making sure everything was right. Much appreciated!
