Found biological growth on the coil and delta plate and in duct board above blower. Rec air scrubber to fix issue. Noticed when compressor comes on front room lights flickered briefly. Outside unit starts loud and amps are higher on start. Capacitor is good and Contactor has no signs of pitting or burn marks. Rec hard start kit to help with compressor life and so it doesn’t start up so hard which can shorten the life of the unit.

WATER LINE REPLACEMENT IN THE BACKYARD ALSO COMPLETED THE SEWER LINE INSPECTION AND FOUND IT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS
FOUND A WATER LINE LEAK IN THE ORIGINAL GALVANIZED LINES. REPLACED A 20' SECTION AND 2 TURNS WITH NEW COPPER LINES. PRESSURE TESTED AND CHECKED FOR LEAKS COMPLETED THE SEWER LINE CAMERA INSPECTION AND FOUND THE OUTSIDE CLEANOUT IN THE BACKYARD. THE CITY CONNECTION IS OFFSET AND A REPAIR IS SUGGESTED BUT NOT REQUIRED.
