A customer was looking for an HVAC contractor to help them with a condenser issue. I was called to a home to repair an AC unit that was not cooling. Upon arrival, I found that the contactor was receiving 240 volts and 24 volts, but was not passing power. I tapped on the contactor and the system started working correctly. The contactor needed to be replaced, and the outdoor coil was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I also checked the capacitor, which was bad and the wrong size for the unit. I replaced the contactor and capacitor and cleaned the condenser coil. I tested the operation and everything ran correctly.

Customer is looking for Air Conditioning Repair for someone to service their AC unit. Ac tune up on 24 yr old heil. Filter good condition. I cleaned the indoor coil with spray cleaner. 50 outside at time of tune up. System cooling as well as it can for the age of the unit. Customer has iwave installed down by blower. Outside capacitor is good. Contactor showing signs of age but still operating properly. Amps and volts are good and system has good temp split for conditions at time of services.

Spring A/C and Plumbing Maintenance.
Heating maintenance for a geothermal split equipment. Tested and cleaned all the components as needed.
Arrived to install recirculating pump and expansion tank. Drained and flushed the water heater. Installed the recirculating pump on the hot side of the water heater. Installed the expansion tank on the cold side of the water heater. Installed the mixing valves on the master bathroom sink faucet and the hall bathroom sink faucet. Removed air from the water piping. Verified operation, leak tested, cleaned work area. The kitchen faucet was not getting hot water immediately after installation of the recirculating pump. Provided and installed another crossover valve for the kitchen faucet. Verified operation, leak tested, cleaned work area.
REMOVED AND REPLACED TWO OUTSIDE WATER HOSE BIBS
Went out to a residential home to install a new sink in the customer's kitchen. Upon arrival, I removed the old sink and carefully installed the new customer-provided sink and faucets. Once the installation was complete I tested for any leaks. The customer was pleased with the service and is enjoying the new features in their kitchen.
Free annual drain and sewer camera inspection. Removed the brass cap from the basement. The camera inspection found the line to be clay tile and packed full of tree roots. The customer wanted the line cleaned so we used the cable machine and removed the tree roots from the system. The customer wanted to discuss rehabilitation of the sewer line and the post-cleaning camera inspection shows the line is a good candidate for pipelining. We referred Lanz Underground Solutions to discuss options with the customer.
