Arrived to find a shorted thermostat wiring. Fixed damaged wiring and helped customer to connect the 850 Trane control to WiFi so customer now can control it from her smartphone. The system is operating properly at this time.

I arrived at the job site for plumbing maintenance. I checked all drains, stops, and toilets. There were no further issues at this time.

Upon inspection, the technician found that the heat was not keeping up. The heat loss was due to an unconditioned space between the false ceiling in the basement and the first floor. All the duct runs were through there, and cold air was coming in from outside the house.

Performed cooling maintenance on older unit. Unit is operating as best it can, but due age and being undersized, it can’t keep up. Customer needs window unit to keep bedroom cool. Customer wants quote for replacement of system they are going to call in when they are able to schedule.

Arrived to perform plumbing maintenance. All checks passed except kitchen stops. Kitchen sink 3 supply stops need replaced. The supply stop going to dishwasher has slow drip and covered in calcium corrosion. Hot and cold side faucet supply stops leaked at one point and covered in calcium corrosion. Quote included to replace 3 stops.

REPLACED GARBAGE DISPOSAL THE ORIGINAL ONE WAS LEAKING WHEN WE ARRIVED. CLEANED AREA AND CHECKED FOR LEAKS

SEWER LINE CAMERA INSPECTION COMPLETED CAMERA FROM OUTSIDE SEWER CLEANOUT ACCESS LINE IS CLAY TILE AND IS IN GOOD SHAPE WOULD SUGGEST LINING THE LINE BUT NOT REQUIRED AT THIS TIME SUGGEST ANNUAL INSPECTION AND CABLE CLEANING

REPLACED WATER HEATER WITH TANKLESS UNIT INSTALLED SCALE CUTTER TO REMOVE SEDIMENT

REPAIRED SHOWER FAUCET REPLACED CARTRIDGES

REPLACED THE KITCHEN FAUCET AND COMPLETED THE ANNUAL HVAC MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE AIR FILTERS IN THE UNIT AS WELL

CLEANED THE BATHTUB DRAIN AND REMOVED HAIR WITH 5/16 CABLE RAN WATER TO ENSURE LINE WAS FLOWING CORRECTLY

REPLACED 3 TOILETS WITH NEW TOTO DRAKES
