Arrived to customer's home to do a tank rebuild on the toliet in the master bath. We also replaced old shower/tub valve with new delta Also installed new tub overflow stopper.

I adjusted the first floor damper to alleviate blower noise. Tested pressures after a recent furnace and A/C unit install. The gas pressure was 3.42, the static pressure was .65, and the heating fan speed was tap 5. The cooling fan speed was tap 4. The system was 330 cfm per ton.

I was called to a home to fix a humidifier that was leaking water. I found that the humidifier pad was worn out and needed to be replaced. I also cleared the humidifier drain and replaced the customer's air filter.

I arrived at the customer's house to perform a camera inspection. I accessed a 4" pvc line in the basement that was covered in mud and sand. This is likely due to new construction. Water was turned off due to construction. The line then turned into a 5" clay tile. I found no bad joints in what I could see. The customer agreed to us coming back out once the water was on.

I returned to replace a damaged return duct in the attic. I replaced the ductwork and tested its operation. The static pressure was 0.88, 0.5 on the return, and 0.38 on the supply. I let the system run for 15-20 minutes with my thermometer measuring the temperature at the high-limit switch. The temperature never exceeded 115 degrees. I set the fan speed to medium-high, which is what the data plate says it should be, and checked the operation. The static pressure remained the same, but the temperature at the high limit increased to 116 degrees, which is still within the range. The system never tripped the high limit once. The customer also noticed improved airflow in the house. The system is now operating correctly.
