I had pipes break and Austin called me back in a timely response. This was on a Sunday evening . Which is hard to get someone out. Austin evaluation of the problem and gave me options. He fixed the problem in no time and hauled away all the old c cvc pipe. It had become brittle and broke real easy.

Boston Williams, the Plumbing Technician, had to redesign the plumbing for our kitchen and even after running into unexpected problems with the pipes in the wall, he did an excellent job. He made the pipes more efficient, saved space under the sink and was a very pleasant person to work with. Excellent job.

Had such a great experience getting our air ducts cleaned before winter! We moved into our home over the summer after the same residents had lived in it for 50+ years and it was built in 1902. So we’re going through all our firsts. The gentleman who came was super helpful explaining everything and told us it probably hadn’t been done in 60+ years. Will be returning to Lanz next time we need this work done!!

From the initial contact and service call through the visit and quote for a new furnace, Lanz representatives have been courteous and helpful. There is no hard selling; they walk you through the process and answer all questions and concerns. I couldn’t recommend Lanz more highly.

I think LANZ does a good job with plumbing, and I know inflation is terrible, but I was charged $452 for 20 minutes of work on my kitchen leaking pipes (vent repair). That seems way over priced!

I called them with an emergency plumbing problem at noon on Saturday. Dirty water was backing up into our basement toilet and shower. I knew that meant the sewer line out to the city sewer was clogged. He came to the house within an hour. The plumber rodded out the line and fixed our problem. He saved us from a plumbing nightmare! Then on Monday a senior plumber went back to the house to double check the sewer line. Excellent service!

Friday morning we woke up to no hot water. The water heater was not working. It's electric and it had power to it so I knew it was the heating element or the thermostat. I called land and they had a technician out at 4 that afternoon to diagnos the problem. The water heater needed to be drained and that takes time so the technician left to get the parts it needed and came back on Saturday to fix the problem. If you need good affordable plumber service call Lanz plumbing Heating and ac. You won't be disappointed.

He was actually early (Boston called first to verify it would be okay with us) Their prices are very fair and they are timely in coming out. Shannon arrived on time. He was very professional and informed us right away what the cost would be, before he started to work. He worked very hard to locate the laterals and the second hatch off the septic tank. He had to dig through rock and did not complain at all. When he found a problem he kept us informed at all times and answered all questions. He tried another cutting rooter when the first wouldn’t go through to at least give us a way to temporarily fix the problem. I did not feel as if he was trying to trick us or add costly repairs that we didn’t need. I would highly recommend Lanz and their tech Shannon. Thank you!

My daughter already uses Lanz and recommended them to my son when he moved to the area. He was busy so I scheduled the appointment and was present during the service call. Not only did they come for service the same morning I called but Matthew and the tech in training who accompanied him were perfect. They covered their shoes before coming in, they got to work quickly and solved the problem even quicker. They were respectful, efficient, and didn’t try to sell a new unit but replaced the needed components for a very reasonable price. Matthew explained everything in detail and made sure I understood the problem and the solution. Perfect is the best way I can explain this experience.

I can’t express enough what a great and comprehensive job Michael Savage and his team at Lanz did for us when our AC went out over the weekend. Michael knew a heatwave was coming and came out on a Sunday evening to assess the situation and give us some options to review. While this wasn’t a planned expense for us, he made it easy to understand the options and gave us some flexible choices to make. On top of it all, Michael was able to find a way to get us an appointment later that same week for the installation to get completed before the big heatwave struck! We couldn’t be happier with the great customer service and professional work that Lanz did - we highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!

We called around 7pm for a leaky toilet, Lanz had someone get in touch quickly and he was there by 9pm (finishing with a previous customer). Phillip was very kind and communicated everything along the way. He was conscious of his noise level since it was later in the evening & fixed everything by 10pm. I would use Lanz again, they saved us from a flooding bathroom!

Customer searching for Air Conditioning repair near me due to the AC unit not cooling and giving error codes. Arrived with 3 error codes on thermostat. Went outside to check condenser with call. Found a low voltage communication wire going from thermostat to J4 connection on inverter was loose from wire nut, not allowing condenser to come on and run. Rewired connection and tested. System is now operating correctly with no error codes on thermostat. This is most likely a result of our last maintenance on 5/14. No charge for this call.

Customer was searching for a water heater repair person because their water heater is not working. Replaced 50 gal power vent water heater. After install, water heater did not work due to faulty parts. Tried replacing gas valve and hot surface igniter/flame sensor. Still did not work. We will return Wednesday morning to replace water heater. Gas has been turned off and water heater is unplugged.

The technician cleaned out the various systems (condensation drain, coil cleanings, etc) to ensure proper functions in the cooling season. Returned for refrigerant check, outdoor air at 56.
