Clogged drain repair: Rodded sewer line (120') with 3/4" cable & 4" cutter after sewer backup in basement. Drain opened, flow restored.

Upon arrival found vacuum breaker on water heater was broken and spraying water. Will return to install new vacuum breaker. Removed old one and capped off so water does not spray everywhere.

Installed new tub shower faucet. Performed leak test and cleaned work area prior to departure.

Cleared debris clogging floor drain. After getting line open poured multiple buckets of water in drain. Drain is open and flowing upon departure.

Installed an Air Scrubber, tested and system is operating properly. Also installed a new 40 gallon tall electric water heater with expansion tank. Verified proper operation.

Inspected water heater which was an electric tank style. Recommend replacing tank and TMP valve as well. Will provide customer with a quote for repairs.

Follow up visit after recent furnace install. Everything is operating within specified limits. Customer is very please with new furnace.

Rodded line to clear root blockage. Post cleaning camera inspection shows a small amount of roots remaining along the top of joints but no structural issues at this time.

Made furnace gas line repairs. Tested my fittings and joints with gas leak detector and with soap bubbles. I found no leaks along the gas pipe. System functions properly.

Used cutter to remove root blockage in main sewer. After cleaning up the work area, I replaced the 4" pipe with a new cap and installed a root-killing chemical.

Cleared a grease and food blockage in the main sewer line. I ran the sink and washing machine to ensure proper drainage.

Provide the customer a quote on diagnosed repair. In the meantime, the customer wants a quote on a new system heating and cooling. Contacted the Replacement team to set a time to meet with a Comfort Family Specialist for this customer.

Replaced thermostat. Set it up for the equipment and tested operation. Everything ran correctly, at this time the system is operating properly.

Augured shower drain and removed hair and sludge. Replaced old stopper. Water is draining well.

The technician arrived and replaced the water heater (40-gallon natural draft/ NG). Had to disconnect humidifier bypass to get access along with removing water meter. After doing so placed new heater into closet. Added in shutoff for hot water heater. Replaced shutoff valve for humidifier due to old one being a saddle valve. Reconnected gas. Verified everything is working properly.

Arrived to diagnose sump pump. 4” + of water in basement Existing pump was not able to pump water out fast enough. Replaced existing pump with Liberty 237 Technician stayed for a while to ensure pump was draining good

Water heater installation. Removed the old water heater and disposing of it properly. I then installed the new system and carefully connected it. Upon completion I tested the water heater to ensure it was working properly. The customer is thankful to have reliable hot water in the home again.

Completed a plumbing repair for a client who had a leaky faucet. I diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty parts. Upon completion, leak tested and verified proper operation.
