Technician made furnace repairs and performed maintenance. Will order filters for customer. Unit is currently operating properly.

Cleaned several components that were clogged or very dirty, impeding proper furnace operation. Recommended maintenance program to help prevent these issues in the future. The customer agreed I signed them up for the Comfort Family maintenance program.

Replaced kitchen faucet. Verified proper operation. Recommended Comfort Family plan.

I installed a new carbide igniter and cleaned the flame sensor. Now the system is lighting and running correctly.

Cleaned the thermocouple and adjusted the pilot on wall heater so the flame was burning on the thermocouple and the pilot stayed lit. Tested system operation several times and everything ran correctly. At this time the system is operating properly.

Upon arrival found toilet leaking on the backside. Pulled the toilet reset it restored water and checked for leaks.

Ac tune up on 7 yr old Trane inverter system. Filter inside is still good. Static pressure is .56. Coil is clean and temp split was 16. Outside inverter looked good with no visible damage. Cleaned outdoor coil. Recommend adding a surge protector to help protect system against potential damage caused by power surges and preventing costly repairs.

Arrived to preform a Free Camera Sewer Inspection.

Arrived to clogged kitchen sink drain. Rodded line to clear hair and lint blockage. Filled and drained sink multiple times to assure proper drainage. Cleaned work area and checked for leaks.

Cut out old galvanized drain and replaced tee and pee trap. Upon completion leak tested and verified operation. Replaced kitchen faucet, and ice maker line to fridge. Also would like quote from underground to have main drain going through basement outside replaced and have liner shot through drain.

KITCHEN SINK WAS BACKED UP WHEN WE ARRIVED UN CLOGGED THE KITCHEN SINK WITH A 5/16 CABLE FILLED AND DUMPED BOTH SIDES OF THE SINK TO FLUSH DRAIN THE LINE

REPLACED OUTSIDE HOSE BIB UNABLE TO CAMERA INSPECT THE SEWER LINE DUE TO NOT HAVING A PROPER ACCESS WE DID PROBE AND LOCATE THE SEWER 3' DEEP FOR CUSTOMERS RECORDS AND SUGGEST INSTALLING AN OUTSIDE CLEANOUT

FOUND THE WATER HEATER NOT STAYING LIT WHEN WE ARRIVED THE WATER HEATER IS 19 YEARS OLD AND CUSTOMER THOUGHT IT IN THEIR BEST INTEREST TO REPLACE RATHER THEN MAKE A REPAIR ON SUCH AN OLD UNIT.
