Replaced the drive in an AC unit. Ensured proper operation prior to departing.
Replaced thermostat. Set it up for the equipment and tested operation. Everything ran correctly, at this time the system is operating properly.
Customer is searching for AC repair due to unit not cooling. Found unit not operating. Tried running it and the system ran but did not produce cool air. Refrigerant was low. Tested for leaks with the ultrasonic detector and did not find any. The outdoor coil was changed last year. We left 300-350 psi of pressure on the evaporator coil. We will keep an eye on it to see if it loses pressure again.

Before doing any repairs this technician recommend to consider replacing the system due to age and already poor conditions. Sent customer a quote on replacing the faulty electrical components.
