Resolved a clogged kitchen sink by removing the trap assembly and cabling the branch line 50 feet to clear the blockage. Ran the cable twice to ensure full drain cleaning, then flushed multiple basins of water to verify proper drainage.

Completed a clogged drain repair on a garage floor drain. Accessed the line via the PVC side plug and rodded 50 feet with a 5/16" cable to clear debris buildup. Performed drain cleaning and verified full flow with a high-volume water test.

Jetted and camera-inspected sanitary and storm systems. Cleared a blocked catch basin to restore flow. Identified a main sewer line belly, trench rot, and several collapsed storm and clay pipes, mapping depths for future sewer line repair.

Investigated basement water intrusion. Inspected sump pit and found 4" clay tiles blocked by bricks, preventing camera scope. Recommended excavation to inspect footing tiles and installing a new sump pump to ensure proper drainage.

Diagnosed two failing sump pumps. Replaced the dead pump with a new Liberty pump, tested both units, and verified proper pumping. Advised the homeowner that the secondary pump's float switch is failing and needs replacement.
