Tech found the system low on charge, tech added 2 lbs of 410a to bring system suction pressure to 130 psi, units now have a 22* temp drop, tech was also informed that the head in the living room was leaking, tech found water was leaking somehow in between the inside and outside wall and was unable to verify exactly where it was coming from, Tech will return with someone else to help find the leak in the drain line and the refrigerant leak in the other system. Tech returned and replaced the drain line under warranty, tech also added wire filled insulation around the hole and piping to try and prevent mice from entering .
