Rodded main sewer line to clear wipes blockage. Contacted City public works to clean their line when weather permits.

Cleared root blockage in main sewer line. Post-cleaning camera inspection showed multiple points of root infiltration, but no structural issues at this time. The customer is interested in lining the pipe. Information was sent to Lanz Underground Solutions for estimates.

The technician arrived to diagnose a toilet leaking at the base. Installed new jumbo wax ring and set toilet.

Arrived to clogged main sewer for basement portion of the home. Rodded line to clear root blockage. Post cleaning camera inspection was unsuccessful due to the house trap. Ran water for several minutes and all was working as it should.

Camera inspection of sewer line. Access through outside cleanout. The line is all PVC with a break in tap. No other structural issues. Kitchen sink and washer line drain into a pipe that goes into the floor in the basement that is unvented and causing the noise in the kitchen sink. Replaced the linkage for the pop up drain in the bathroom sink
