Found system slightly low on refrigerant, pressures were 90 and 262, superheat was 45, subcooling was 2, evaporator temperature was 28 degrees. I found oil on the fitting at the low side port where the adapter attaches to the low pressure cutout. I tightened the fittings on the adapter but am not sure if it was the fittings or the adapter itself that was leaking. For now I tightened the fitting and if it leaks again we can replace the adapter. I recharged the system with one and a half pounds of 410A. Pressures got up to 120 and 282. Superheat was 22, subcooling was 9, evaporator temperature was 41 degrees. All other system components were working properly. At this time the system is operating correctly. Custome

Customer was searching for Drain cleaning service. Arrived to clean and investigate storm drains in the back area of the house. All storm drains are open and flowing t this time. Rodded storm drain from the back patio to the clean out in the front. 3/4 cable used R3 cutter 100 feet ran Roots caused blockage. All of the patio drains flow south and then turn west and flow under the sunroom. Approximately 10 feet west of the sun room there is a clay tile clean out that the patio drains come into high. From there it drops down and flows west to out near the road when it is connected to a larger tile. The camera would not pass this spot due to an offset tile. The 4” corrugated pipe flows to the southwest corner of the property where we maxed out the available camera push rod. This line is completely unobstructed to 200 feet. Customer searching for drain cleaning near me for a clogged drain. Arrived for clogged main sewer line. Accessed line from manhole near the scale house. Used jetter to clear the line. Jetted line 500 feet from the manhole towards the break room. Line had gravel and rocks in it from a broken clean out approximately 300 feet upstream of the manhole. We were able to camera all of the line except approximately 200 feet from the broken clean out upstream. Line is open and flowing with no rocks or gravel. Maintenance installed a temporary cap on the broken clean out to hopefully prevent more debris from washing in. Customer was looking for an HVAC contractor for a furnace repair. The technician arrived to find the dehumidifier not running. An error code for high refrigerant pressure as well as a clean filter notice came up. The filter was removed by the tech and found it was completely covered in a mat of dust. The filter was cleaned and cleared the error code. Tested operation and everything ran correctly. The dirty filter was causing the high refrigerant pressure. At this time the system is operating correctly.

Customer explained that the office space was at 52 degrees when they arrived this morning. The unit would not light and the fan was running and circulating the cold air. I tried running the unit and the igniter would glow, the gas valve would receive voltage, but nothing would light. The gas valve was not opening and sending gas through. They had an extra valve so I replaced the valve and tested operation. This time everything ran correctly. I cycled the system twice and both times it ran properly. At this time the system is operating correctly.

Did the yearly check-up on two A/C systems. Checked everything - refrigerant levels, cleaned those coil things, and looked at all the electrical stuff. Made sure all the moving parts were lubed up and tightened any loose wires. Swapped out the air filters to keep things running smooth. Tested the thermostats and gave everything a tweak for top-notch performance.

Arrived to job. Customer complaint was gurgling noise and backed up water when using clothes washer. Determined the main line was backed up. Located an outside cleanout. Cleanout was full of sludge. Sludge build up was due too offset clay tile to pvc joint and roots Cleaned lined with round 4 and a half round 3 3/4 cable 75 feet ran. Post cleaning camera inspection shows several offset clay tile joints. Will refer to Underground for repair estimates.

Found tub shower in hallway bath not working correctly water barely coming out, tried taking out cartridge, cleaning and reinstalling but could not get it to work. Ended up replacing valve. Upon completion leak tested and verified operation.

Found programmable water feeder not allowing manual fill. Had to cycle power several times to fill boiler. Once water level was good the unit fired and began heating. Will quote replacing the water feeder.

Arrived to clogged kitchen sink. Access through clean out in the mechanical room. The line is rotted out under the floor and there is 8 inches of mud in the cable. Unable to get through the line with either the cable or a small-diameter camera. While on site we video inspected and located the main sewer line. The line was clogged near the back fence under a large tree and partially backed up.

Checked unit Cleaned burners, sensors, condensate and applied treatment. Changed filter. Tested furnace, also tested emergency heat as well. Tested amps and voltages all test good. Tightened low voltage wires.
