Returned to complete repairs. Shut off air compressor. Cut away floor and chipped out small area on slab. Was able to get down far enough on pex line to install new crimp ring and coupling. Reinstalled existing shut off valve. Secured all connections in first room. Removed shut off valve on pex line in back room. Cut pex and reinstalled shut off valve. Secured connections. Turned compressor back on. Inspected repairs for air leaks. No leaks were found and verified proper operation.

Arrived at customer's home to complete quoted work. Moved vent in kitchen. Cut new hole in floor, removed existing vent, moved duct run to new hole, and installed new floor vent.

Tech found the units themselves were not leaking and tech believes the roof should be resealed completely around the unit itself. Met with roofers to discuss where the leak may be coming from and how to resolve.

Customer states that they smell gas coming from the wall and utility company came out and suggested that it was coming from the plumbing. Passed on to underground. Followed gas leak to 2 1/2 gas main going through basement wall and outside the. 90 up and going to meter. Leak is likely coming from the 90 in the ground.

On arrival found , 8-4 error code on state power vent talk to the customer about replacement and repair options he wants to repair at this time. I told him we will replace a gas valve along with the surface igniter as it’s better to do them together. Parts have been ordered. Will arrive at shop a day or two customer would also like Mark come out to give a quote for water quality options. Replaced gas valve and flame rod , after installation was complete restored gas cycled water heater everything is back to proper working order

Upon arrival, checked out alarm system alarm had a trouble code of tamper switch on the outlet valve checked RPZ found the tamper switch had been bumped and moved out of place adjusted switch and reset panel all working properly as it should at this time

Customer wants us to camera the sewer line. During inspection of the line we discovered a break in the line approximately 5' from the road.

Arrived for backed up stool Used stool auger and got it open and flowing Tested stool with 3 flushes with paper and it is working properly at this time There was toilet paper clogging tub from customer removing toilet paper from toilet and putting it in tub customer told us not to worry about it and he will get that pulled out once we left No further issues at this time

Humidifier leaking. Found pad very congested and clogged. Replaced and ran humidifier and no longer leaking. Also turned down the amount of water going into the humidifier. Checked and made sure condensate pump was working and it is. After system ran for a while started leaking again. On further inspection found the black case that holds the humidifier pad is cracked so water is coming out the front and down the drain. Will need to order this part. Sent ticket back to do this. Will send quote for cost when that is ordered. In the meantime time tech shut off water at valve to the humidifier so no leaking will occur and humidifier will not operate properly until repair is man 2/20/25: Returned and replaced humidifier panel, tested system, humidifier is no longer leaking.

The customer called to report that their AC unit was not working. I arrived and found the unit only heating to 63 degrees, even though the thermostat was set to 68. I checked the filter and found it was very congested and needed to be replaced. I also noticed that the unit was not running properly and there was a lot of roll out and flame impingement. I checked the heat exchanger and found that there were multiple rings of the heat exchanger starting to separate and a crack in the actual heat exchanger. The unit is not covered under warranty at this time, so I recommended replacing the unit.

Arrived to inspect leaks in two toilets on second floor Both nuts closest to the stool were too tight causing leaks, stem pieces coming out of wall on both Sloan valves are a 1/4” to long causing unneeded tension on the valve which was probably part of the issue Was able to get both valves to stop leaking at this time, took them apart and put faucet grease on the gaskets and retightened properly and both leaks stopped Recommend replacing Sloan valves if issue comes back in future

We arrived at a property where we had previously rerouted the kitchen drain line through the basement and into the drain that drains into the ejector pump. Ejector pit is now filled with grease. We will need someone to quote alternative drain route for kitchen sink so grease stays out of ejector pit.

Found water stains in corner of bathroom ceiling. Had to go deep into attic. Found the spot where the leak would’ve been. Did not see any venting or water lines in that area for it to be a plumbing issue. Could be due to condensation build up. Customer will have dry wall removed for other inspection. Returned 2/10/25 Went back into attic for further inspection. Opened up drywall in bathroom and cut out wood in order to repair 1” pipe. Shut off water. Cut and added repair coupling to line where pin hole leak was found. Secured all connections. Restored water and bled air from system. No more leaks were found. All working properly at this time.

Arrived at the home of a customer that states something is making noise in their garbage disposal. I found a small piece of plastic in the disposal and removed it. Disposal is working properly now.

Upon arrival I found the unit was running. The flame sensor was reading low and dirty. Cleaned it and it’s now reading where it should 2.7. Filter is good. The indoor coil does have biological growth/mold on it and recommended an air scrubber to fix this. As of now unit operation is good for its age.

Arrived to customer's home to perform routine furnace and plumbing maintenance. Cleaned filter. Cleaned system components. Tested system. System working good no concerns at this time. Checked all plumbing stops, drains, sinks, toilets, water heater, and showers Discovered an old leak at one point in far back bathroom sink; not leaking currently but was Could not perform sewer inspection, could not find clean out location No further issues at this time

Arrived to diagnose no hot water. Upon arrival water heater was not lit. Thermal limit switch was tripped possibly indicating it is not getting a good supply of combustion air. Inspected intake vents on side of water heater and noticed heavy build up of dust. Customer approved quote for cleaning. Turned gas off and removed burner assembly. Used air compressor to blow through inlet screens. Reinstalled burner assembly and turned gas on ensuring no leaks. Water heater lit and was burning good. Water heater was installed in 2012 and there is no guarantee how long it will last. Provided quote for new water heater.

Upon arrival made contact with front desk clerk, who said that someone just cleaned up the ladies restroom. The technician observed a large puddle of water around the toilet. I made multiple flushes on toilet. Toilet does not seem to flush very well. I pulled toilet to inspect. Wax ring and flange. Did not see anything that would be causing the toilet to leak around the base it looks like they’ve had problems in the basement in the past week. Will turn this over to drain cleaning and I’m wondering if that main line from the top floor going in the basement is having some issues as well as I made multiple flushes and there’s nothing leaking during the flush.

Arrived to clogged main sewer line. No outside access. Dug up and exposed clay tile that had been tapped previously. Rodded line to clear the blockage. 3/4 cable used R4 and 1/2R3 cutters used 100 feet ran Sludge at broken cast iron caused blockage. Post cleaning camera inspection of the sewer shows no structural issues with the clay tile at this time. Cast iron in crawlspace is broken and needs repaired. Customer agreed to cast iron repair. Removed 73.5 inches of 4” diameter cast iron and replaced with an equal length of 4” diameter PVC. Secured the connection with no shear, 4 clamp no-hub couplers. Supported new PVC with strapping secured to floor joists. Pre and post repair videos posted to Ridgid Connect. While testing for leaks we found the 3” copper from the stool flange in the “pink” bathroom is split and needs repaired. Will schedule estimate for the repair. While on site we wrapped the split copper with tape to minimize the leakage and explained to the custo

Tech has placed the system in hand mode to have the boiler operate continously during this extremely cold snap to insure the drive way stays melted

Arrived to install a shut off valve for water line running to the refrigerator. Found shut off valve for fridge water line behind garbage disposal. Turned on valve and tightened packing nut. Water is now operating through fridge how it should. Recommend flushing out newly installed water cartridge in fridge before drinking water. Recommended maintenance plan.
