Compressor failed mechanically and couldn't start, even with good capacitor. Needs compressor replacement for A/C repair.

Replaced failed dual run capacitor. Air scrubber bulb also needs replacing. HVAC repair completed.

Toilets inspected; no issues found. Advised homeowners to monitor for rocking or leaks.

Toilet re-installed. Soil pipe trimmed to correct height after cast-iron flange was found cut off. Toilet was previously sitting in tub.

Clogged drain repair: Removed scale and food debris from kitchen sink drain using a 5/16" cable (50 ft). Tested sink multiple times for proper drainage.

Clogged drain repair: Cleared master sink drain blockage (scale & hair) using cable. Repeated fill/dump to ensure clear drain flow.
