Identified water around the water heater and performed water leak detection. Located a pinhole leak in a 3/4” copper line behind the drywall and resolved the leaking pipes using a long repair coupling.

Resolved an AC not cooling issue after the thermostat was knocked off the wall. Reset and reconnected the thermostat, successfully restoring power and proper cooling performance to the system.

Resolved AC not cooling by replacing a failed capacitor under Trane warranty to restore proper system operation. Customer also enrolled in our annual HVAC maintenance plan with replacement air filters scheduled for delivery.
