I had pipes break and Austin called me back in a timely response. This was on a Sunday evening . Which is hard to get someone out. Austin evaluation of the problem and gave me options. He fixed the problem in no time and hauled away all the old c cvc pipe. It had become brittle and broke real easy.

Boston Williams, the Plumbing Technician, had to redesign the plumbing for our kitchen and even after running into unexpected problems with the pipes in the wall, he did an excellent job. He made the pipes more efficient, saved space under the sink and was a very pleasant person to work with. Excellent job.

Had such a great experience getting our air ducts cleaned before winter! We moved into our home over the summer after the same residents had lived in it for 50+ years and it was built in 1902. So we’re going through all our firsts. The gentleman who came was super helpful explaining everything and told us it probably hadn’t been done in 60+ years. Will be returning to Lanz next time we need this work done!!

I think LANZ does a good job with plumbing, and I know inflation is terrible, but I was charged $452 for 20 minutes of work on my kitchen leaking pipes (vent repair). That seems way over priced!

I called them with an emergency plumbing problem at noon on Saturday. Dirty water was backing up into our basement toilet and shower. I knew that meant the sewer line out to the city sewer was clogged. He came to the house within an hour. The plumber rodded out the line and fixed our problem. He saved us from a plumbing nightmare! Then on Monday a senior plumber went back to the house to double check the sewer line. Excellent service!

Friday morning we woke up to no hot water. The water heater was not working. It's electric and it had power to it so I knew it was the heating element or the thermostat. I called land and they had a technician out at 4 that afternoon to diagnos the problem. The water heater needed to be drained and that takes time so the technician left to get the parts it needed and came back on Saturday to fix the problem. If you need good affordable plumber service call Lanz plumbing Heating and ac. You won't be disappointed.

He was actually early (Boston called first to verify it would be okay with us) Their prices are very fair and they are timely in coming out. Shannon arrived on time. He was very professional and informed us right away what the cost would be, before he started to work. He worked very hard to locate the laterals and the second hatch off the septic tank. He had to dig through rock and did not complain at all. When he found a problem he kept us informed at all times and answered all questions. He tried another cutting rooter when the first wouldn’t go through to at least give us a way to temporarily fix the problem. I did not feel as if he was trying to trick us or add costly repairs that we didn’t need. I would highly recommend Lanz and their tech Shannon. Thank you!

My daughter already uses Lanz and recommended them to my son when he moved to the area. He was busy so I scheduled the appointment and was present during the service call. Not only did they come for service the same morning I called but Matthew and the tech in training who accompanied him were perfect. They covered their shoes before coming in, they got to work quickly and solved the problem even quicker. They were respectful, efficient, and didn’t try to sell a new unit but replaced the needed components for a very reasonable price. I can’t express enough what a great and comprehensive job Michael Savage and his team at Lanz did for us when our AC went out over the weekend. Michael knew a heatwave was coming and came out on a Sunday evening to assess the situation and give us some options to review. While this wasn’t a planned expense for us, he made it easy to understand the options and gave us some flexible choices to make. On top of it all, Michael was able to find a way to get us an appointment later that same week for the installation to get completed before the big heatwave struck! We couldn’t be happier with the great customer service and professional work that Lanz did - we highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!

They just want to persuade you to get all new unit put in without fixing the problem and not 100% sure but I think he was draining my refrigerant as he was supposed to be checking the level to make it look like I had other issues with the unit

We called around 7pm for a leaky toilet, Lanz had someone get in touch quickly and he was there by 9pm (finishing with a previous customer). Phillip was very kind and communicated everything along the way. He was conscious of his noise level since it was later in the evening & fixed everything by 10pm. I would use Lanz again, they saved us from a flooding bathroom!

Customer was searching for an HVAC contractor due to furnace making a loud humming noise. Furnace issue. Loud noise coming from vents when unit try’s to run. Also electric burning smell. On arrival blower motor burning small hot to the touch and not running. Blower motor will spin but it’s recommended to replace motor due to its starting to fail. Unable to check anything else at this time. Will need to make repair to blower motor before other checks can be done. Furnace is 17 yrs old so there is possibility that there could be other issues. Collecting trip and diagnostic today. Will order the motor tomorrow and let customer know when it’s in to make the repair. Will collect for the motor after repair is made. 4/18-returned and made repair.

Ac tune up on 5 yr old system. Customer will replace the filter. Static slightly high because of that. Amps and volts inside are good. Cleaned outdoor coil. Found start up amps on compressor a little high rec a hard start kit. Also rec surge protector. System has good temp split. Operating properly at this time.

Upon arrival, customer had kitchen trim out to do vent line was cut off in the wall had to save the socket and replumbed drain line and trap reused existing garbage, disposal, and replumb. Install shut off valve for icemaker line for fridge and ran braided supply line through cabinets over to refrigerator install dishwasher and supply lines Installed customer provided faucet turned on water check for leaks verify proper operation. Also installed new gas line for stove turned on gas checked for leaks and verified proper operation. Customer also has a flue pipe for the water heater that is completely rotted out. It is not ran correctly due to the water heater being to tall customer would like to replace 9 feet of 3 inch flue pipe will need to return to make repairs all else working properly at this time
