Completed spring HVAC maintenance and AC service. Cleaned and inspected all cooling components, verified filter sizes (16x20x2, 20x24x2), and confirmed units are cooling efficiently with no repairs needed.

Investigated and repaired leaking pipes from supply lines under vanity cabinet. Corrected connections between new lines and existing galvanized piping post-remodel.

Sewer line cleaning: Removed root and wipe blockage using a 3/4" cable (324 ft). Successfully cleared line.

Commercial furnace maintenance: Replaced two filters (16x20x1 & 20x25x2). Cleaned burner assembly and pressure ports for optimal furnace performance.

Clogged filter prevented filter change. Addressed water pressure issue, enabling filter replacement.

Replaced leaking copper tee. Turned off recirculation pump, shut off water, and drained line. Cut out old tee.

Removed adapter bit & slime buildup from condensate drain to resolve slow draining issue.

Cleared A/C drain line with CO2 and vacuum. Verified proper drainage and re-wrapped line insulation.

Replaced faulty blower motor to restore A/C operation. HVAC repair ensures proper airflow.
