I replaced the drain pipes in the crawl space and fixed the leak in the kitchen drain line. I found a tub leak and replaced the drain/waste/overflow. Everything else is in working order.
The technician arrived to diagnose a toilet leaking at the base. Customer said they used toilet 6 or 7 times and the toilet clogged. After toilet clogged it started leaking at the base again indicating that the clog possibly pushed the wax ring out. Pulled toilet and found wax ring rolled back from flange indicating when the toilet backed up it pushed the wax ring away from flange. Installed new jumbo wax ring and set toilet. Turned water in to toilet and put dye tablets in tank. Once tank water was blue flushed the toilet 10 times and saw no blue water leak from base indicating the wax ring is making a proper seal. Customer mentioned that toilet backs up often. When resetting the toilet the first time found white sticky substance leaving a thick build-up in the drain line. There was still some of the white substance left around the flange. Substance most likely got washed down further into the sewer line possibly building up and blocking drain, causing frequent clogs on toilet. The te
