With two identical four-story apartment buildings, an outdoor grilling area, a vibrant clubhouse, and a dedicated maintenance facility, this project presented a unique challenge and an opportunity for excellence.
Each apartment building houses a total of 107 units and 179 bathrooms. From the ground up, our team designed and installed comprehensive plumbing systems, including sewer lines, bathroom fixtures, and water heaters.
The complexities of the project extended to an underground heated parking garage and a sophisticated snow melt system along the parking garage ramps.
As a new construction project, our work was not limited to installation. We worked diligently with property management to design and lay the foundation for a thriving community.
