The Hive represents a major achievement in residential construction, boasting 250 units and 499 bathrooms along with exceptional amenities. Our team efficiently coordinated with other construction activities to fit the extensive plumbing network within the architectural constraints of the building. Innovative planning and execution were key to integrating the systems without compromising on space or design aesthetics.
Our comprehensive plumbing solutions began with laying the foundation for the complex’s plumbing infrastructure with extensive underground installations that ensure durability and efficiency. We then executed the rough-in phase with precision, installing the necessary pipes and fittings within walls and floors before the final surfaces were applied. The final phase involved the meticulous installation of fixtures and finishes, ensuring each bathroom and kitchen in the 250 units was fully functional and aesthetically pleasing.
