Situated close to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Gather Illinois brings an innovative take to student living. The mixed-use development offers student housing and extended-stay hotel rooms, creating a unique plumbing construction project.
Lanz, Inc. oversaw all plumbing operations for the groundbreaking project, spanning three structures: a five-story building with expansive amenities and two three-story apartment buildings.
Our work encompassed the complete installation of plumbing systems within all residential units, ensuring functionality, durability, and ease of use to support residents’ daily routines. The plumbing infrastructure extended into numerous amenities, including a leasing office, fitness area, study rooms, and a second-floor spa deck.
From underground plumbing and water service to the building, to the meticulous rough-in and trim-out phases, our team managed every aspect of the plumbing installation in-house, showcasing our capability to handle complex projects from start to finish.
