I am very happy with Lanz plumbing services. My garbage disposal broke last night and my sink was not draining. I called them this morning and they sent a plumber very quickly. The plumber I worked with was Sam and he was very competent and professional and did well in analyzing the problem, communicating the possible solutions, and fixing the issue once we agreed upon the solution. I will definitely call them again if I have any problems with my plumbing or my HVAC.

Kyle and Charlie did a great scoping doing an initial scoping for outside water faucet replacement in the crawl space. price estimate was given and appointment made to schedule the replacement before they left.They were personable and made sure everything was understood.Looking forward to seeing them again.

Had two other plumbers out to look at a sewer line backup and was told the line was broken and would need dug up and replaced. Lanz was able to cut out the roots blocking it and confirm the line was actually in good condition which saved me a ton of time and money. First time using them but I would strongly recommend, they were very professional and did a great job.

Quick repair to a leaky pipe! The workman found the problem and fixed it within 2 hours of my initial phone call!Another call a year later, quick service is a broken thermostat! The workman was very helpful, laid out options for repair and also helped with an unrelated problem with my humidifier. I still highly recommend them!Yet another year later they fixed my shower valve quickly. Still using them.

Lanz’s plumber Boston was good when he came today to do repair work. As always he’s polite. So the three stars here have nothing to do with his work today. Rather, it was the lazy plumber who had come to do “maintenance” a couple month before who had failed to explain how urgent were the repairs and the quote was misleading. Today the repairs turned out to be quite minor and totally proactive in nature. And the repairs cost us more than $500!!! Ty his’s ridiculous!

I moved here theee yeas ago . I tried to get a service hvac to come out and pm my unit. No luck. I tried several places. No one wanted to help. I saw a Lanz van drive by and chased him down the driver gave me contact information I called them and they came right out. Did a pm on my unit. Their dispatch was helpful and friendly. The tech was very knowable and very easy to deal with. I am happy to finally find them. First class company.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Lanz Plumbing and couldn't be happier with their service. Two plumbers from their team came to my home to address a serious issue with my sewer line that was being blocked by tree roots. From the moment they arrived, they were insanely respectful, transparent, and professional.They took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, how they would fix it, and even offered me a maintenance plan that I gladly signed up for. Not only were they skilled and knowledgeable, but they were also personable and engaging, making what could have been a stressful situation much more pleasant.On top of their outstanding service, Lanz Plumbing was incredibly affordable, which was a huge relief. After 3 other company could not unclog the main drain to the sewer from our home and after the same three said that there was damage and that it would cost tens of thousands to fix the issue. Lanz came out spent hours to make sure that the issue was what we were told. Come to find out it was only a really bad clog and there was actully no damage. They were actully able.to not only unclog the sewer line but able to clean it out to make sure it wouldn't clog again. They saved us some much money and made sure everything was right. They even cleaned up the area better than when they got there. Outstanding job. Would give 6 stars if I could.

My furnace was not functioning properly since Saturday, I initially had another company come to my home to fix the issue, they had to come twice and they still couldn’t find the problem, they wanted me to install a new thermostat even though they said they weren’t sure that would fix the problem! That was last night. I realized I needed a company that could really handle this and not leave me hanging like they did. I called lanz this morning, they sent me a wonderful person, Greg that was able to diagnose the problem, went and got the new part and installed it and now I am nice and warm in my home. I immediately signed up with lanz to now do the maintenance on the furnace and a/c system and the plumbing. It’s a really good feeling to have peace of mind and heat!!Thank you so much Greg and Lanz !!

I had a wonderful experience with Lanz. I called them in January 2026 due to my furnace not blowing out heat after the snow storm. I received a return call promptly and a technician (Will) was at my house in 45 minutes. After a thorough inspection, Will had identified the issue and worked diligently to fix it. His work included having to go in the crawl space under the house (in ridiculous temperatures) as well as work on the drain line of the actual furnace. Will ensured the furnace was functioning correctly before leaving. Additionally, Will collaborated with the office to find the best long term solution and walked me through what that process would look like, offering various options and explaining what each option would look like. Everything was clearly explained to me and I could not be more happy with the service I received.

During an unusual cold spell, one on our furnaces stopped working. I call Mattex, who I’ve used in the past. No answer, so I left a message. Next day, no return call, so I called Lanz. They answered my call, and said they could have someone out that day. In a FEW minutes, Greg, the technician called me to say the he could be at our home in about 15 minutes. He came to our home, quickly analyzed the issue, told me what the repair would cost, and resolved the issue. He also did other maintenance items as well. Great service!!!!! You have my business from now on!

2026-01-21Lanz fixed a rattling / flapping noise from basement furnace.Dispatch fee was the same - $79.00.Removing a chocolate bar wrapper from a blowing motor costed $235.00.I guess the wrapper flew inside the furnace when a stormy wind blew away garbage cans around neighbor on Monday.Service was prompt and professional so Lanz still deserves 5 star.However, I think the maintenance service cost is unreasonable for a simple fix - removing 4 screws, inspecing motor with iphones, and removing a wrapper.I wish they could lower the service fee for a simple fix under $80.---2024-11-06I called Lanz for help since my furnace made a loud noise on Nov. 5.Technician said my furnace has no issue on Nov. 6.I paid $79.00 for dispatch fee.My furnace stopped working on Nov. 12 so I called again.Another technician fixed the problem on Nov. 13.Their service is super-reliable, prompt, and honest.They did not charge dispatch fee for their 2nd visit.

We recently heard water leaking under the house and called Lanz Plumbing. They came right away and discovered the leak was coming from the Water company supply line under the house. They waited while the water company came and shut off the water outside. Then replaced a section of pipe and waited while the water company came back to turn the water on.Highly recommend getting a Lanz service plan so you are at the top of their list when you have a service call and so you get a service discount.In addition, a couple of years ago, The Lanz team installed our new furnace and heat pump in one day in a very tricky location under the house.The team was very professional and did a great job. After the installation a team member arranged to follow up and double check the system to be sure it was running correctly and to answer any questions.We highly recommend Lanz!

We had Lanz replace our furnace & AC in January. Our old furnace was failing due to a circuit board issue. Ty gave us an estimate for several different levels of Trane equipment. He even went into our crawl space to check the condition of our 40-year duct work. We selected Lanz because we wanted Trane equipment (very highly rated by Consumer Reports) and felt comfortable with the quality of Lanz' people. Our furnace failed 36 hours before the install date. I wanted to verify the install date, so I contacted Ty. He said they might be able to coax my old furnace back to life. Ty and Wes stopped by and revived our old furnace, so we were comfortable on a 20 deg F night. The install went smoothly and the new equipment looks great in our mud room. Lanz even noticed a poor connection on our hot water exhaust pipe and fixed it! Top quality service, thanks!
