Had a ceiling leak this morning. Called around six within an hour and a half. Kyle was here. Extremely courteous explained everything and definitely knew what he was doing. Would highly recommend him and anyone. From Lanz Heating and plumbing. Before he even pulled out, he came back to tell me something making sure that he covered all the bases and that I understood. I had a water leak under my home-on a slab. I had called a company I had been a customer for years and they would have been able to do it as planned. Unfortunately the way things went it was one obstacle after another and was going to be a huge mess.Not the fault of the first company, just one thing after another unexpected thing making a relatively simple job a real headache.I called Lanz and they eased my mind considerably just telling me what they could do. They had the needed equipment to bore under the foundation and run a new water line without tearing up far more of my yard. They did a great job, cleaned up better than expected and at a reasonable cost.I am quiet pleased with their work and do recommend them.

It is both unsightly and, more importantly, illegal to park in a way that obstructs access to a disability ramp.The van is now being parked directly in front of the ramp, completely blocking it and effectively rendering it unusable. This is not only an inconvenience but also a violation of accessibility laws, which are in place to ensure that individuals with disabilities can safely and independently use public spaces. Parking in this manner is in violation of local parking ordinances regarding accessibility.Given that you are not a person with a disability or someone with a passenger requiring access to this area, there is absolutely no reason for the van to be parked in such a manner. I kindly request that you park in a different location that does not obstruct this crucial public access point.Please be advised that continuing to park in this way may result in legal action or enforcement by local authorities.

Quick, friendly service on the phone to schedule. Ours was not an emergency, but they were able to send a technician within 4 hours. A competitor was going to take six days. Tech did a great job in explaining the problem and solution, as well as the cost. He finished within 15 minutes, cleaned up his stuff and did a great job! Would use again if we need the service.

Lanz is generally trustworthy and efficient. They have been servicing our plumbing and heating for more than twenty years. One main reason I like Lanz, especially in recent years, is because of Boston, their plumber. He is professional, knowledgeable, and unfailingly polite and thoughtful. He is always efficient and careful in his repair work. And in one instance he tried to repair our leaking toilet three times, and free for two times. Only when it still didn’t work, without pushing us, he recommended replacing it.

Was told putting a shark it’s fitting with stop was going to cost me over $200.00 which is ridiculous for a 10 minute maximum install. If it had been $50.00-$75.00 I would have given the ok, but I refused to pay over $200.00 ( and that was with my supposed 25% discount). When they left I fixed it myself in ten minutes with a part I bought at Ace for $14.99!! I appreciate your services but you shouldn’t charge that much for replacing a simple stop. Last spring you installed my own sump pump and I don’t think I paid over $125.00 for that job which entailed a whole lot more labor.

Recently I purchased a new central air conditioning system from Lanz. The salesperson Kurt was so patient, answered all my questions and found a system that was perfect for my house. The Lanz crew did the removal of my old system and installed my new system quickly and everything is working great! Lanz also included a free check of my new air conditioning system a bit after installation. Thomas came over and double-checked everything and was also very patient and answered all my questions. From start to finish they are sharp, on point, absolute pros. I sought out several bids and their salesman was bright, informed, and THOROUGH. I was amazed when he wanted to look in crawl space and in attic. Other folks didn't do that, didn't ask questions he did. He was a problem solver. The big example was suggesting dehumidifier in crawl and it has made a world of difference. He sat down with a computer and went through the numbers. I needed larger return airs, for instance, more flow. Everything made sense. And he was patient when I had him generate multiple bids through my uncertainty and budgeting. These folks fixed several complaints I've had about this house in the 4 years I've been here. The lead install man came and did measurements and scoped out the project before install day came - he was prepared. The gentlemen installing were polite, respectful, sharp. I've had the system a couple weeks and the whole thing has changed the atmosphere in my home. Humidity control, proper sized AC and furnace and wow, what difference. I've already suggested this company to a couple other friends and family. It is rare in 2025 to find absolutely serious, on point, service-oriented folks like this. If you want every detail done right, call Lanz.

Had a faucet that stopped working and water was draining continuously. Made a call early morning and a receptionist took call. Had someone come in same day from Lanz by noon.
