I have the maintenance plan on two of my homes and they provide great service twice a year ever since I’ve started the maintenance plan I haven’t had any issues with the furnace or central air units. I highly recommend getting on a maintenance plan from Lanz, Plumbing heating and cooling.

Our salesperson Michael Savage started off the whole process in a very professional manner, explaining all our options and the pros and cons of each. Very nice guy. No pressure to buy. Greg came today For our fall furnace maintenance. We had him for our spring maintenance and were so impressed with his hard-working nature and expertise. He arrived on time today and worked diligently and thoroughly To make sure we were ready for winter. In addition to his professionalism he was very pleasant and thoughtful. We recommend him highly.
As with all the staff that I’ve met, Nick was competent, professional, courteous, and accommodating of my inability to hear well. The staff at Lanz are consistently more detailed than other places that I’ve dealt with; no corners are cut.
My HVAC stopped working. Called to get a diagnostic. Service tech looked at the system logically and found a ground wire had popped loose from the ground plate and got it fixed in half hour. Good service and the scheduling could not have been easier.
Phillip was awesome and did a great job!After Phillip came a couple weeks later my hot water handle wasn’t working. The gentleman they sent out was very kind and professional!

Have had them out a few times to do a variety of things: remove and install a new dishwasher, which involved moving where the water pipe was, fixing the drainage on a couple of showers, and cleaning out the air ducts. Each time they were prompt and the workers explained everything that needed to be done in detail. I felt like the prices were very reasonable for the work performed. Boston (who did the plumbing work each time) was great to work with. I would definitely call Lanz again for any for plumbing or HVAC work.
The plumber was very friendly and professional! He was extremely knowledgeable when answering my questions and provided preventative suggestions for the future. I was very pleased with the outcome of his visit.

I had a leaking toilet in my home, and less than 2 hours after I called in a request, two repairmen were at my house. They were efficient, professional, and let me know all the options I had with the repair project. I was very comfortable with them in my home, and appreciated their professionalism. I recommend their services, and will be using their business again.
Guys came out to my place as I was moving. I was surprised they showed up hours after I posted a request online, despite me not labeling it as an “emergency”. They’ve given me rough cost estimates that have been really accurate in the final bill, they’ve fixed the immediate tree root issue and have me on a yearly check up to prevent any more backups. They were patient with my questions and answered them directly.
I can always trust Lantz company to be available when I need them and doing the job right. They performed several services at my home over the years, from A/C service to sump pump installation and most recently to unclogging my main sewer line. The technicians are always very polite, responsive and always answer all my questions regarding the project. I highly recommend them for any home related services.
Travis Thomas has been at our home several times in the past few years to fix or install plumbing equipment. He always exceeds expectations and provides outstanding service in a professional and friendly manner. He also always finds novel solutions, even when problems are tricky. I could not be more pleased with a plumbing service. We had a leaky toilet that required major plumbing work as well as work on the floor. Philip explained everything we would need to do and did excellent work both before and after we had the floor repaired. I had water coming from somewhere and made a call to Lanz. They were at my house within half an hour. The two servicemen who came were very friendly and polite. It turned out the water was coming from the HVAC condensate line, had accidentally been left out of the receptacle. They went ahead and checked the sewer for clogs anyway and didn't charge me anything. I would definitely call Lanz again. Thank you for your quick attention!
I had pipes break and Austin called me back in a timely response. This was on a Sunday evening . Which is hard to get someone out. Austin evaluation of the problem and gave me options. He fixed the problem in no time and hauled away all the old c cvc pipe. It had become brittle and broke real easy.

Our tech was friendly and helpful, and explained all of the potential costs that we might run into during the project so that there were no unexpected costs or charges. He checked with me about finishes, and showed me video of my crawlspace and explained what the issues were in easy -to-understand terms. I felt like our home was being taken care of and that we were getting a quality solution to our plumbing issue. He also worked really quickly and cleaned up after he was done. Honestly, I was kinda dreading calling a plumber because of previous bad experiences, but the entire process was so painless and transparent that I ended up really happy I had called. 100% will be calling Lanz again with any issues in the future.
Jesse and Joe did an excellent job for us. They kept us informed as the project progressed. When the job was done professionally and they cleaned up real good. Lanz is a good company and has good employees.

The service and people at Lanz Heating and Cooling, Inc. are fabulous! I recently had a leaky air conditioner drain pipe leaking on my ceiling and Clint came out quickly and fixed it!! Then, I had my regular air conditioner maintenance appointment with Clint and again, great service. Clint is so nice and was so patient in answering all my questions, and very knowledgeable! I can't say enough good things about him and Lanz! I have one of Lanz's ongoing service packages that has great benefits and it is so worth the very low monthly cost. I’ve been waiting since Saturday to get my tub faucet repaired, now they are telling me they don’t know when they will be able to get someone out to do the repair… they refused to let me speak to a manager. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
