I am a detail guy and one who compares everything and Michael had the answers and provided all the information I asked for in a timely manner. He is a tremendous asset to your organization. Chris and Cody also were 100% professional from laying covering across the carpet to explaining everything they would do through instruction on how to use the remote. We have had the system on for over 24hrs and are very happy with the decision. I should also tell you that we paid a heavy premium for the Mitsubishi due to the explanation by Michael as to why we needed that unit.
