I would just like to say thanks for the prompt service call to replace the ejector pump in our basement which stopped working. I contacted your business on Monday 9/13 and Travis called me at 10:34 A.M. to say he was on his way. I would especially like to thank Travis Thomas for the great job that he did to replace the pump and all the work associated with the replacement.

We have water! I just wanted to send a quick e-mail to thank you and your whole team. Every single person I have spoken to, e-mailed, or has been on-site working on the project has responded quickly, been super friendly, helpful, and professional. I called a number of companies to fix this problem because I didn’t have a ‘go to’ company for plumbing issues. Thanks to your excellent service, now I do.

I greatly appreciate everyone who helped turn a very stressful situation into one that was fixed in a very quick timeframe.


The plumbers were here for 6 hours. Very high teck stuff. coated a fiberglass 4 foot tube with epoxy. pulled it into the leaky sewer pipe from a rope that went all the way outside to my clean out tap. Inflated to 50 psi a bladder inside the tube to press the fiberglass into the pipe sides. In the photos, you can see where the epoxy leaked out through the bad pipe cracks. After hardening they cut holes in the epoxy tube for the tub and sink drains. Then spent 45 minutes on the roof drilling out the vent stack hole through the epoxy. WOW. I watched parts of it on their video camera inside the pipes. VERY professional staff. I highly recommend Lanz plumbing and heating. May get a new furnace/ AC from them this summer.

Just want to commend you for giving gift cards to encourage people to shop locally. Since we were in business for many years, I appreciate how important it is.

We had an excellent experience with Lanz. Nice, knowledgeable technicians who cleaned everything up before leaving and wore booties when going through the house. Very pleased with our purchases. Our salesperson Michael Savage started off the whole process in a very professional manner, explaining all our options and the pros and cons of each. Very nice guy. No pressure to buy. This was the best experience (by far) that we have ever had with a local company contracted to work on our house. The entire process was smooth and painless. Highly recommend!

I am a detail guy and one who compares everything and Michael had the answers and provided all the information I asked for in a timely manner. He is a tremendous asset to your organization. Chris and Cody also were 100% professional from laying covering across the carpet to explaining everything they would do through instruction on how to use the remote. We have had the system on for over 24hrs and are very happy with the decision. I should also tell you that we paid a heavy premium for the Mitsubishi due to the explanation by Michael as to why we needed that unit. You are truly fortunate in having People in your organization of the quality of Michael, Chris and Cody.
